well done, Peppermint Patty
Nothing raises the spirit of a man like knowing that more than one woman likes you.
Be quiet, Linus. Let Charlie Brown enjoy this moment.
Why is Charlie being called a “troublemaker”? The incident happened at the girls’ camp and he was never there. Therefore he is innocent!
For one shining moment, CB is the “bad boy.”
Another benefit – he gets to leave summer camp early.
How do those hats stay on their heads?
This is indeed a proud moment in your existence, CB!
He has accomplished what basically all Peanuts kids dream of in the summer – To escape summer camp. And that’s not even what he likes best about this situation. For once, Charlie Brown has a great day!
Don’t be so happy CB … if those girls are anything like the girls on South Park, your name could be bantered about for an entirely unsavory reason …
Being sent home as a trouble maker….better than what happens to trouble makers in other lands!
Charlie Brown is a troublemaker for having his name mentioned. Nice!
When he gets home, all of his friends will be at summer camp.
correct!
That’s because Charlie is “The Born Loser” of Peanuts.
It never did take much to make Charlie Brown happy.
This incident brings to mind the “justice” that is practiced at many universities.
This is a rerun. They’ve been doing reruns since February 2000, I think. February 2000 is when schulz died. R.I.P. Schulz :(
Hmmm. Peppermint Patty, Lucy, Violet ….. The guys who lost the boat race during a past summer at camp?
how unfortunate, he was THAT close to meet the red-haired girl …. ;(…
I like the sheepish smile on Charles in the last panel. Boy you are grown up to get the feel of opposite sex.
I wish my name was mentioned at the girl’s camp.
