CVS receipt jokes have almost become ubiquitous, but they still are funny to me because they are true!

I’ve been to enough CVS’s to know the length of their receipts.

CVS receipts, or the coupons you get when you scan your customer rewards card?

Even my emails are taking up more room since I started sending their receipts there.

They’ve replaced Sears catalogues in the outhouse.

It’s the same for receipts from Joanne Fabrics and Micheals’ Craft Store. Every time I buy a yard of fabric, I feel guilty for killing a tree.

And they’re all for stuff you don’t need/use or just bought!

They’ve actually shortened them a bit due to complaints!

He’s right a couple of meds and a receipt a mile long.

I only get electronic receipts now. I figure I’m saving at least one tree a year that way.

Ha! And I just got back from CVS. Longest receipts ever.

I do not think that stuff is paper and should not be put into recyclables, You do not get as much of that junk when you buy something, if you do not use your card.

Safeway has crazy long receipts too. SO unnecessary. Why not just stop dispensing paper receipts and just email them or press “no” for receipts. They’re just groceries. Except if it is a business expense, just email it and you can crop it to just the itemization section with prices and the total.
