At my 50th, we had name tags with our yearbook picture on them.
I was equally surprised by who showed up as by those who did not show up. I am surprised anyone recognized me at all since I was sort of a zero in high school.
I went to my 40th (yeesh) a few years back. This was a low-key event, apparently some people planned it on Facebook. They just reserved a room at a local restaurant. If you wanted to come, no fees or registration, just show up. Pay for your own food and drinks.

I have until 2028 for my 25th high school reunion. Let’s hope I can recognize my classmates’ faces by then albeit I have some of them on Facebook.
