sounds more like a son-father partnership to me… with the son in charge

Sergio learned a few things in his time before Baldo.

Someone commented on the cinder block under the car a few days back – now that I see it, using one in THIS orientation is NOT recommended… especially a single one like that. Baldo’s car will need a lot more work when that crumbles because they are using it on its side… ;-)

Didn’t Sergio originally say he and Baldo would restore the car together?

Haha, we’ll see how long that lasts…he’ll be under the hood with him before you know it!

Given the number of missing and damaged parts, this would be a multi-year project just to get it running if it’s Baldo financed and performed. I’m not sure how thrilled the neighbors will be to have a junker in the driveway for that period. Where I live, the city won’t allow unregistered vehicles in driveways.

The father part of the father/son partnership happened when Sergio bought the hardware now in the driveway, and had it delivered. Now it’s Baldo’s turn.
