Clouds gather, produce rain which causes floods. I live in Eastern Ontario and the rivers have gone mad.

Early experiments at cloud seeding.. Then, when the Lone Ranger started using silver bullets that created a trickle.. science thought they had a clue.. that turned into using silver iodide.
Now, if that was Bing Bell of “Evil Roy Slade” fame, he’d just shoot that consarned cloud with his guitar.
