Unlike you, it has an “OFF” setting.
Because that’s the only annoying thing it does, and, as Dennis mentioned above, it can be made to shut up quickly and easily.
I generally side with Poncho on these things, and this is no exception. Do we really need a mechanical yapper, or is this just some sort of thing to make us feel better that we can actually have a yapper that we can finally shut up.
What about the ones that flip over backwards? Real dogs don’t do that!
