Hah! Our dept supervisors have started sending us surveys on what we like and don’t like about our jobs and administrators. They shared the results this week; not good.
During one of my last evaluations, my (then new) boss made the mistake of asking me how i thought he was doing…
i basically told him that i felt sorry for him; we had a crew with an average of nearly 20 years’ experience in our jobs, and nothing he could do to change things would be positive.
