Is it the typical British idiom to say, “she’s wed”? In the US, I think most people would say, “she’s married.”

This Sid is really a disgusting guy. Now the Murphy’s Law will beat Darren wery bad.

Gettin’ a real sleazy, Sean Penn vibe off that guy.

I don’t like you, Si.

I don’t mean that in a simple “loansharking is bad”, “I don’t trust you” or “you annoy me kind of way”, or that your name means “Yes” in Spanish even though everything about you screams “NO!”

I mean I really don’t like you.

Man…I don’t think I’ve EVER seen a sleazier looking guy than this Dixon guy. He just screams sleazeball.

So those compound interest problems in 7th grade arithmetic had a practical application. Who knew?
