Shauna’s fight with Blossom (when they got thrown out of the clothing store) took place a pretty long time ago, didn’t it? Has Shauna been going around with broken lenses all the while since then? Didn’t anyone notice at the BBQ, or back at home (unless Mum is too preoccupied with the wedding)?
…also, I suspect someone will notice something is wrong with your glasses when they notice you’re still squinting at everything even while wearing them.

No, Shauna! You should always keep your old glasses as backup! You can send the pair before that to Africa.

The thing about glasses is that the lenses are pretty cheap. It’s the frames that are expensive. And that’s because of a high mark-up.
