Out here there are business that will move a tribe, a group of goats, on to your property for weed (not THAT kind of weed) control. They put up a temporary fence and take care of all the details. The fertilizer is free.
Historical trivia: I watched the original Lassie, mid- to late-50s, when I was VERY little; I always liked Tom Rettig so I still watch the re-runs of his episodes. One story line was when Jeff got himself into a pickle by taking a job watching a neighbor’s goats at the same time he took a job clearing someone else’s meadow. The solution? You guessed it — he took his goat-charges and staked them out in various points on the meadow, letting them graze and moving them as required to accomplish both his jobs.
RJ certainly needs think about what to do. After all he could have gotten sheep. They would keep the grass short & produce wool they could sell! I know RJ would love making a little cash that he could spend on more Twinkies!!!

Simple. After eating the grass, they digest it.. Biology question for extra credit: what happens next?

Wait, why has nobody asked how you get goats from Amazon?!? Does FedEx deliver them in 2 days? Certainly not USPS.
