If he is waking up at noon, why is the sun (in the first panel), still so low in the sky? Looks more like 9-10 o’clock. That still is very late, though.
This would make more sense if Norm was actually missing some part of the day by sleeping late, like if he didn’t show up till the TV or cookout panel. As it is, he’s not missing a thing!
