A very bad pick, Gaylord…
It was your lousy cooking that did the diner in.
So change the name already.
Just paint out the “BOR” and put .com after the “Cafe”, you’ll be up and running in no time.
Ah, my little bundle of love failed after 1500 years.
Yeah, go for a name change. How about:
Lizzy Borden Diner (We use only the finest cuts…)
She could market it to the goth crowd. She just needa a new business slogan, like:
”Borgia Café: Name Your Poison”
Wasn’t the Borgia Cafe a famous hang-out in Greenwich Village years ago? (How many years ago I don’t want to think about.)
There’s two in New York City, Cafe Borgia I & II, at 185 Bleecker Street and 161 Prince St # 1 respectively. On an ominous note, there are two nearby restaurants named “Le Poisson Rouge” and “The Bitter End”. Seems to be a theme.

WHAT!!
I’ve heard their cousine was to die for.
They seem to be doing fine in real life: http://www.cafeborgia.com/
@outworld cats; “poisson” means “fish” in French. “Le Poisson Rouge” means “The Red Fish”. I doubt whether poison is implied or intended.
Ah!..Lurcetia… we hardly knew ya!..
At least it wasn’t the Sweeny Todd Deli.
