how has Ginger committed fraud? If he paid for the tickets and put down an adults name he essentially made the purchase on behalf of the adult. He didn’t take ownership himself, nor did he pay for the tickets with counterfeit money so I don’t see him as having done anything wrong legally. As far as gambling well yes raffle tickets are not a guaranteed return, but its no worse than lottery tickets. It’s not like he was shooting craps in the back alley.
