Juneau Alaska should be the northernmost state capital so that one isn’t too hard. You just have to remember which state is furthest North. The killer question would be "What is the northernmost capital in the contiguous states?

I crossed a perfect troll bridge a few years ago while on a hike. I was actually looking under it for the troll when some other hikers came by – yeah, I got some funny looks.. never grow up!
