First I declined to play the lottery because I didn’t expect to win. Then I declined because I worried what would happen if I DID win. I don’t think any lottery winner has had a good time of it in the long run.
Besides all that goody-goody stuff, I would hire PI’s, lawyers, etc. to go after all those scam callers, emailers, etc. Get laws passed, hunt them down, seize their assets, put them in jail. In jail, they would have to answer a hundred calls for each time they got to eat, or go to the bathroom, etc.
