Yesterday our mail carrier came up to the door with our mail…and three milkbones for my dog. She is a substitute and only has the route occasionally, and loves Bear, who reminds her of a dog she had as a child. Sometimes I come home and find milkbones in the mailbox…even if we didn’t get any mail…Bear did!

Mail men/women are one of the few visitors who are never allowed to enter your home, so they must be enemies!

I’m thinking just the opposite. He’s barking at the mailman because he delivered a reminder of an appointment from the vet.
