Back in pilot training, I was subjected to one of those gimbled chairs that can rotate in all directions. Even after I opened my eyes, I couldn’t tell which end was up.
P.S. If you ever have the opportunity to do this, don’t eat a heavy meal immediately beforehand.
Oh, that’s just part of the program. Week one starts out by leaning everyone and everything to the side, and slowly straighten out each subsequent week.

I once lined opposing walls of my apartment with pictures at a mirror image angle, (about 30°). It was disorienting to anyone who walked in the door.
