I love liver and onions! Wonder if I’ll ever be able to look at it the same way again though? LOL!
The last cooking job I ever held was at a French cafe, where I had to stand at a flat grill and fry liver and onions - for my entire shift each night.
I quit that job.
@ Brett - sounds awful! How long did you last? My mom used to fry liver and felt that having tons of onions cooking with it would mask the smell. Not for days…
I think I lasted a whole two weeks.
I still can’t stand that smell.
