This reminds me of “Non Sequitur”. In it there is a crusty old fisherman with his cat perched on his shoulder. From the upper eastern seaboard this old guy thinks his cat is unwary, but in truth the cat seems to be from another planet & they are observing our species fo t what, I am not certain of. But it is hilarious!!!
