I have never been more ashamed of my country. Kind people tried to help and were turned away. Christians how can you support this guy? Whatever you do to the least of you, you do to Me.

And it’s for that reason that all the president’s minions have been told never to use the phrase “Oh, the humanity!”.

Instead, they’ve been instructed to use a substitute exclamation, “Oh, the Sean Hanity!”

Well the whole idea of the detention camps is to make the children as miserable as possible, isn’t it? It’s supposed to make their lives more miserable if they make it to America than it would be where they came from.

    .

Why do Trump and His Disciples keep claiming that ’it’s not so bad’, when the entire goal is to to make them miserable. When one of them dies, it just makes the deterrent stronger — just as it was intended.

It’s a concentration camp, deal with it, that is, shut it down. http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/06/aoc-holocaust-why-migrant-detention-centers-are-concentration-camps-explained.html

What’s REALLY sad is that SOME trumpsucking GOOBERS still say “Well, they are just brown folks, and they aren’t real people!”

Is Trump trying to impress Kim Jong-un with an example of ‘I can do anything you can do’.

And I don’t want to hear it from the right when they say, “All they have to do is not come here, and we wouldn’t put them in the camps.” 1) We don’t treat murderers this badly, so this treatment is immoral under any circumstances, no matter what their status is, 2) If we hadn’t interfered so much in their countries, helping to create some of the conditions they are fleeing, they wouldn’t be coming here, 3) Of all the countries in the world, ours can easily absorb every single one of these folks — we don’t have to put them up in our own houses, either because we have the resources to put them up in decent housing and help them find decent jobs. Which is the moral thing to do.

In 1945 many Germans claimed that they had no idea about the concentration and death camps. While they may have had a slight argument in their favor (no press coverage), we have none. How will the USA be judged?

Perhaps a stretch to consider ICE in the same way we thought of the German Gestapo.. but we (you) are getting real close.

How can anyone ever vote for a Republican again?

You have to be a brain dead masochist to support Republicans.

What’s really revolting is that our tax dollars are being used to prosecute members of No More Deaths and others for simply leaving water in the desert for the refugees to find. Not only that, but when the Border Patrol finds these caches, they destroy them.

Oh, good, the kids are outdoors. Some are even “free ranging”, and they even have blankets!! At least they’ll get fresh air and water (when it rains). Great improvement, GOP, good work! Tooth brushes and tooth paste? That has to wait for those intransigent Dems to “give us some more money”. Damn cheapskates! But, never fear, we, clueless, voters will be sure to put you all back in power in 2020!! Won’t we?? 8^)

A vote for a Republican is a vote for concentration camps for children.

We apparently have no recourse but to turn the bastards (and I use the word advisedly) out in the next election. Sad that it will take so long, but I am very hopeful that President Warren and the newly elected Senate will move as quickly as possible to right these and myriad other wrongs, once they are elected.

So for godsake, let’s make sure to elect them!
