Seriously? What area is that, please? I’ve seen one room with a bath, a shower, a wash-basin, a toilet and a bidet… So does that count as a four-fifths? Does a bath/shower count as a shower or does it have to be free-standing? To be honest, it’s unusual in Europe to find a toilet in the same room as a bath and shower. That’s hardly hygienic.

It gets better. At least in my area, when a room has a toilet, sink, and shower (but no tub) if is referred to as a 3/4 bath.
