Was wondering if Verne was in trouble there.

For Death to be greedy just seems doubly wrong. You got acknowledgment from Verne, recognition, and (human?) contact. Asking for his death is, if you’ll pardon the pun, beyond the pale.

“If nothing ever died, then life would have no meaning” is the stupidest BS ever said. Life gives life meaning. Death is the end of whatever meaning you might have had.

Someone’s been reading Terry Pratchett. "If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying ‘End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH’, the paint wouldn’t even have time to dry.”

If nothing ever died it would get awfully crowded around here.

There are worse things than Death. And Death isn’t asking for anything more than is expected of Verne anyway. Creepy snit, anyway. And Verne is sharing his soaking water. Bleh.

Everything comes in good time so why is Death so anxious?
