I despair that OJ missed an opportunity to show the 4am moon, much beloved by Classic Nancy. As an amateur stargazer, though, I can sympathise.
Are those fireflies part of the thousand points of light?
There are a lot fewer fireflies than when I was their age; I’m not sure if I’ve seen any this summer.
Time for a bug zapper.

I like that Nancy has an environmental focus! It would be cool for OJ to include more of that if she is so inclined.
Every 3 years or so our area is flooded with them in spring and summer.
Love today’s comic. :)
Been a few years since I have seen any of them.
Some folks call them “lightning bugs”.
