Having worked in IT Support, I have had users like Rita. It truly seemed like the further up in Management they got the fewer functioning brain cells they had.

Guess that’s why many canned programs have little icons to magnify stuff.

I told a customer to use a smaller font and it would use less memory. Our call center programs all ran in ASCI and the files were quite compact.
