At some point in your career, you will come to realize that all that running around, all that stress, those long hours, don’t mean diddly squat. If you leave or are kicked out of your company, they will hardly notice you are gone. The loyalty arrow only goes one way, from you to the company.
Find something that makes you happy and work with people you actually like. Use your time here to make your part of the world a better place. All the rest is BS.
