A bit of a perspective error there, the rope should be in front of the pendulum.
ToberRedrum: It could be a rod bolted to the blade and not a rope, as that would make the cut deeper and control the arc better… Not that I know much about devices of torture, just a guess…
That sounds like a great gadget for slicing meat and vegetables.
Maybe Leo should hook the pendulum to his cookie jar to keep Gary from stealing his cookies.
Given the way pigs are treated in industrial animal factories, having a pork sandwich ranks among Leo’s most devious and demented acts.
