For a while I had to push my 1960 Dodge to start it. It was an automatic. The set up was totally different than today’s automatics. Miss that old car…………….
I did this for an entire semester back during college – couldn’t get it fixed until summer break when I worked enough added hours to make some extra dough.
rw1h, starters are expensive and difficult to replace (especially if that’s a Dodge truck); if you won’t spring for a reconditioned battery, you’re not a plugger, you’re just cheap and lazy.
