    OMG you nailed it. I still remember the bullying and teasing at 55. I don’t go to reunions and have moved away.

    There are a lot of those students who don’t want you to know that they haven’t done anything with their lives after they got out of school. Going to the reunion is a good way to get back at some of them.

    You are forced to go to school with these people, you are not forced to go to the reunions. Dan’s Dad says it like it is!

    My family moved to a small town when I was in the middle of my freshman year. As far as I could tell, all the other students had been there since they were born. I wasn’t as outgoing then as I am now, so I made no real friends and have no desire to go to any reunions. When one of them dug up my phone number to call me about a reunion years ago, I replied “Why would I want to do that?” — as someone else said yesterday here. I have no desire to see anyone from those days.

    No reunions for me either. I kept track of those few that I care about, so I’m good.
