Fibromyalgia breaks the body’s thermostat, so I have hot flashes and cold flashes as well as being intolerant to extremes of temperatures. The same room temp can be just right, too cold, or too hot, all in one day. Sigh.
The thermometer looks backward to me. I would expect the bulb at the cold end I guess.
