Yikes, I never thought about it, but the traditional telephone is becoming an obsolete and soon to be forgotten item.

And also that square thing when you want to save your changes?

And if you “CC” someone on an email, you are actually carbon copying them…

Like the joke, I showed a Millennial a floppy disk and he said, “Cool, you 3-D printed the ‘save’ icon”.

And yet, these kids probably still talk about “dialing” numbers.

I actually looked at my phone to see what he was referencing….ha!

stuck a feather in his cap

and called via macaroni

I know, right? I have one of those on my car steering wheel!

whats that weird rectangle with the M on it? does it mean a slow message? it takes ages to send things on it.

I was at the downtown bus station where they still have payphones for some inexplicable reason. I saw some little kid (about four or five) pointing at them and asking her dad what they were.

In my car, by the air vents, there are symbols for email and bacon.

Great. Now I’m hungry for lobster mac and cheese. Thanks, Dave.

The skeuomorph of an old school telephone receiver as the call icon on every smartphone drives me bonkers. That said, I don’t know what I would change it to.
