Hubbs’ tolerance for and acceptance of an individual’s artistic self-expression has been exceeded.

So Clo-Chi can turn anger into fear? The ability to manifest fear is one thing, but to turn one emotion into another is a different level, perhaps Clo-Chi is an emotional vampire. Monkey-Clown-Vampire…wow…

Come on Hubbs, he’s a monkey, but you’re a gorilla! XD

I fail to see how this helps, no love can be born from Clo-Chi, except the love Sedine feel for herself. You know if you look into his eyes in panel#4…actually consider this warning, don’t do that.

Sedine may do things half-baked, but it helps when she uses her plans on people who aren’t exactly cooked all the way either. As such, I’m looking forward to her plot in defusing Hubbsy.

Stunned by horrific visage of the Cho-Chi, Hubbs’ thoughts of doing damage have vanished. So far so good. But can it help Hubbs to see the light?

PANEL ONE:

Clo-Chi Super II’s P.O.V., fish-eye lens shot, with a wildly distorted and horrified Hubbs pointing towards the camera.

PANEL TWO:

Two-Shot, a joyful Hubbs holding ‘Clo-Chi Super II triumphantly overhead as Sedine peers around from behind Hubbs, expressing confusion.

HUBBS (Burst Balloon): “… A MASTERPIECE~!!!!”

HUBBS: “Why are you hiding it in this closet~?!!”

HUBBS: “It must be displayed~!!”

SEDINE (Small, squiggly balloon): ”Ehhhh …?” ✨

After seeing the “Ruh?” in panel one I was expecting to read “Ruh, Roh…” in panel 3.

In Japan (most of the world, really), names are actually words with meanings. What would be the translation of “Clo-Chi”?

He gets transported to hell

Gaaaah!!! My eyes… I’m blind. It’s hideous.

But will Clo-Chi set him straight? (So to speak.)

I also have to say I love the detail put into these works. For example if seen at a glance what could be thought of as fangs in Clo-Chi’s mouth in panel 2 turns out to be the curvature of the teeth which panel 4 displays in the close up.

Hubbs is already broken thanks to Sedine, now she’ll crush all of the pieces. Poor guy.

You know, somewhere out there, someone is trying to make a physical Clo-Chi.
