Not possible, but not for the reason mentioned. The Love Boat was a real ship, named the Pacific Princess (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS_Pacific) and run by Princess cruise lines during the time it was used on the TV show. It sailed from 1971 until 2013 and bore the name “Pacific Princess” from 1975 to 2002, including the time it was used as the Love Boat (1977-1986).
Today, Princess cruise lines runs another Pacific Princess (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacific_Princess), which was built in 1999 (as the R Three) and was renamed Pacific Princess in 2002 (when it replaced the original in Pacific cruise line’s fleet).
So the original Love Boat no longer exists, but its namesake is available if you want to book a vacation on it.

Sadly, too many people’s “reality” is TV fiction based.
