I have not seen all of the comic, so I have no idea what his job is. Not sure if those bizarre elevators are at his place of work. Probably. Though they have the changeable non-Euclidean geometry of the Old Ones. and that some of the trees can run away. But then Horace is no ordinary horse, he is of the Houyhnhnm as I see it.
