And just last night on the baseball game Bob Costas was commenting on the 1969 Mets.

Natural selection. In the closed ecosystem of brown nose officedrones, Darwinian evolution predicts that the specimens with the most efficient anatomical traits for success will be more successful in surviving, and will, through breeding selection and survival percentage, become dominant in the ecosystem.

Et voila, the nasal developments apparent here.

What does it say about the Mets historically that a rookie now holds their record for most single-season home runs? (With a month left to extend the record?)

Take the nose away from the guy in the back with the really big nose and it looks like it could be Dilbert’s boss.

A mets fan? That reminds me of a scene from the first episode of “Get Smart”, when Max was supposed to identify his contact (Agent 99) by the code phrase: “Mets Win Double Header.”(I’d feel genuinely sorry for him for being a mets fan, but there are two reasons I don’t. First, his CHOICE to follow them. Second, Andromeda.)

Or, could it be for the piece of paper that says: “Payable To:” every week or Bi-weekly?
