Scientology like all religions want to control access to God, put God in a box and tell their followers the only way to God is through us.

The U.S. literally needs trillions of dollars to rebuild infrastructure. This would put many people to work and assist numerous businesses. Congress is fiddling while the nation crumbles. As for Japan purging themselves of their violent tendencies, that was beat out of them. What force will do that to U.S. society?

We humans, and we Americans in particular at the moment, seem to have an ingrained need to separate ourselves into tribes, religious, political, social and otherwise. We make ourselves feel better about ourselves by saying our tribe is better than that tribe. Then we have to defend our tribe, even when the other tribe is better, because if their tribe is better then we are foolish to be in out tribe, and we can’t be wrong about our tribe, so we change our principles, that we joined our tribe for in the first place, to something else just to not be like the other tribe, who must be wrong else our tribe is the lesser. It took a world war to get us all on the same page once, and we’ve been dividing ourselves ever since.

No empire or kingdom or any of that stuff lasts forever. The best we can do is enjoy what we have while we have it.

Do you think the “extraordinary transforming force” could possibly be the country uniting against the lawless administration we somehow managed to put into power within our own shores?

A “religion” based browbeating and milking-for-cash is not the answer. Are we asking the wrong question?

Sounds like Putin’s plan. Blow up America, internally rather than externally, through strategic “investments” of key industries, corrupting power hungry politicians, greedy businessmen (Moscow Mitch and Donald Trump) and morally bankrupted lobbyists to take over the government and rob all of our natural resources and imprison or disappear anyone who disagree.

If anyone who’s read George Orwell’s “1984” thinks it was scary, Sinclair Lewis’ “It Can’t Happen Here,” is far more frightening, it describes what our current political environment is and where it’s heading.
