P1, 5th year senior Hiawatha James scores!

P2, Marty, getting ready to pop the cork on his victory bottle of champagne.

P3, “Sorry” Charlie Roh doesn’t appear to have a very good grip on the football or his job.

P1- Hiawatha James looks to have had a growth spurt, no longer the 5’8" fireplug catcher, thanks to a steady diet of Flintstone vitamins. James pays homage to the Fist Pump Family in the end zone Fun Zone.

P1: Flag for excessive celebration? Normally Sphinx-like James wags a finger

P2: just what is Moon gripping up there in the Tinderbox?

P3: as I mentioned before, that Dickerson-style upright running will get you killed, Gil must have lost his mind letting the kid carry the rock in this situation

Actually, in the tradition of previous Milford stunts like the tat slap and Shamrock Shake, James flashes the first showing of“the stump”, a celebratory tribute to O line coach Steve Boone…

No wonder James was so wide open. He is part of the defensive backfield and probably jumped onto the field from the sidelines. Good thing the refs didn’t notice!

It’s pretty sad when R&W have to use The Detroit Lions for a story line

Oh please please please please let him fumble again! But my prediction is he gets the first down and Chet will still crab about something.

Okay, not that I haven’t questioned Gil’s coaching in the past, but this game really makes me wonder if he’s going senile. Chance has something like 324 yards rushing. But in the two key situations, first down on the two yard line and 3rd down with 2 yards to go to ice the game, he goes with his backup running back! Gil deserves either a fumble or Charlie missing the hole and getting stuffed to give Oakwood a chance.

And speaking of chances, now is your chance to check out today’s episode of Mopped Up Thorp: https://moppedupthorp.wordpress.com/

And is that the end zone outside of Marty’s booth? Man, they gave him a crappy location, on one end of the field instead around the 50 yard line, like normal. Not that Marty doesn’t deserve getting treated poorly.
