We have an insane Jack Russell in our neighborhood as well. He barks at absolutely everything, including telephone poles.
I have a 9 pound dachshund named Lucy that must be related to Frank’s Lucy. She (tries) to terrorize the squirrels in the back yard during feeding time. They look at her with a “Bob” look. Can’t wait to see how the Ninja’s do Frank’s Lucy.
