Appears to be failing one aspect of the “process”.. Kemper (?) needs an assistant to clear that desk.. the process is much more enjoyable with an empty desk.
The size of his girth, the diminished amount of hair and the existential quality of his musing leads me to think he is having a crisis of confidence in one of his life primary life choices.
