If Milton tries to ‘relocate’ a cat that way, he will be spending a few hours at the Ballard Street Emergency Room and tattoo parlor.

I’m so confused. Are they relocating moms and pops? Pets? Mom’s and pop’s pets? Moms and pops AS pets? And when they say “relocate”, what does that really mean? I hope it’s not like Fido “went to a farm upstate.”
