Wouldn’t it be a good idea to finish the basement first, so that the house doesn’t fall into the hole?

She got in on the ground floor but soon all of Ballard St homes will want a finished basement.
Wish we had a basement.
With an upgrade to VIP, you get to sit for 1/2 hour watching the lava lamp.
One has to wonder…..do people re-surface after the basement tour, or do we never see them again? Is this as innocent as it seems?

Finished basements stirred up a great deal of interest at one time. Our basement had a channel running through it for the water in the spring to go through. And it was so shallow that even I bumped my head on the beams. I am 5’2".
