Walk toward the center. Put the front of your foot on the chair, reach down grab the arm rest, and slowly, at the same time, both of them drop the other foot to the ground. If you believe they both got up there, they can pull off getting down.

Exactly. “Now what”, is the very thing Leonard is pondering.

She’s not asking Now What?! to her husband. She’s asking Jerry. He’s the one that put them up there.

So do exactly what you did to get up there, but in reverse.
