May I suggest Molly invest in a shredder. They are so much fun, and all those envelopes will be gone instantly….one teeny problem tho, what to do with the shreds? The shredder truck only comes around occasionally.

I know! Get a Gerbil, put them in its cage. ( thats legal isn’t it?)….. Wait, now you have poopy shreds to dispose of.

Oh heck, break out the matches. Burn the desk while you’re at it, it seems to only have one working drawer anyway. There, problem solved!

I’d mention getting bigger drawers, but I don’t want to get slapped.

The end is far too close to the beginning.

I feel your pain, Molly. You need to ramp up capacity without sacrificing accessibility. Maybe if you digitize.

I have a similar problem with my file cabinet.

Organizational capacity? More like storage capacity!

Molly is in good company.. most of us can relate.

I’ve been there. Organize the bottom drawer, move half the stuff to the one above it. Organize the one you moved the bottom drawer stuff to, and move 3/4 of the combined stuff to the top right, then continue the process to the top left and finally AAArrrrggggg! it doesn’t fit in the top center.

The sedimentary filing system is the best. No need to sort anything. If you need to find something, just look at the level for the last time you used it. If you start running out of space, just throw away the bottom of the pile.

She only uses one drawer!
