Carl is more likely to have a short career as shark bait.

A wise move Carl. You need pretty strong calves to operate those fins properly. Yours look hardly able to hold you up when you walk.

Carl is wise to do some preliminary testing. Checking the fit of your “wrinkled when wet” feet in those flippers is very important.

Carl somehow hadn’t realized he would have to get wet for these jobs. He doesn’t like to get wet.Also, he recently paid attention as his wife watched Titanic for the millionth time. He hadn’t realized the ship sank.

Do they make wetsuits with cardboard inserts? I guess if the Ballard Bait and Tackle shop doesn’t have that, nobody will.
