Herb is already living his dream life. He doesn’t need an impossible one.

This is.. “Ballard St”; one would never get anything done if one wasted time being curious about daily occurrences. Mind that when Lady Godiva rode by last week a few eyebrows went up.

Herb is an utterly boring person lacking curiosity. Probably has no imagination either.

So why read the paper? Exercise?
