The Ballard St. Rocket Club seldom gets off the ground these days.

And Lyle was SO looking forward to showing off his new helmet. He designed it himself!

Okay everybody, stop and think. Did he get into that contraption ON the couch or can he walk in it. And does Ermina have to pry him out of it? Do they wear their rockets for the whole meeting? What if they have to….you know? It looks soft like it’s made of material, possibly felt. Who has the mad sewing skills? So many questions…

I know it’s not the same … but maybe, with the right stimulation, she could help and the two of them could get a launch to happen.

The meeting was called off because the other wives weren’t as supportive as Lyle’s.

Lyle had so hoped the timing would get him out of drying the dishes…

And after it took 3 hours to get ready. You can bet Lyle will have words about due notice at the next meeting.

Before he was married, Lyle had his Bachelor Pad converted into a Launch Pad.

Lyle needs more than such ‘console-ation’.

They just listen to Elton John sing Rocket Man.
