The older you get, the fewer body parts cooperate.

Yes, his head held his hat, his feet held his shoes, and those parts in between managed the rest of his clothes.

gives me the impression that he had been glued together with spit.

I don’t think I want to know which parts and what they did, thank you.

Thanking my body for getting me through another day – I can definitely relate!

His body parts are great! The suit, on the other hand….

Vernon is especially pleased he was able to keep his spleen from fully venting.

Alas, Vernon must quickly change clothes and settle into his recliner, the evening approaches and with it he ebbs

It was a team effort.

I can relate to that, when it happens!

And if some team members are not up to the task this evening, chemistry can help

I wish I had such a harmonious result, and could dispense equal plaudits at the end of the day.

Alas, I’ve had to give up this sort of universal expression of gratitude…

I’d have to conduct a long ceremony every evening, detailing jobs accomplished, and listing each part that performed to my satisfaction…

Perhaps giving a few gold stars for exemplary work, and bronze for rising to the occasion despite obstacles.

And then, of course, would come the list of mistakes, demerits given for poor performance, and possibly punishments to be meted out for insubordination.

It would take too long, and possibly even lower morale in the parts as a body.

Hurray for Vernon!

You should be there for the pep talk in the morning.

“Got my head in the game and went with my gut, which helped me get a leg up on that Fassbinder Contract and avoid getting my butt chewed out. Put my toes in the water, got ankle-deep in the new Automation System, elbowing my way to a positive solution. Kept my eyes on the prize and scored the last donut at the Staff Meeting. Kept my finger on the pulse of the Sales Percentages, assuring the Executives another well-heeled Quarter. Give yourselves a big hand, parts!”

Vernon shows appreciation for his Birth Suit.

The trick is to make it look easy, especially at my age. :)

Wait til tomorrow when it rains and all his parts n pieces stiffen up!

Body parts, thank you for doing your job and staying intact. Skin, thanks for holding it all together.

It seems that Vernon had an amazing and up-lifting conglomeration!

And.. the night is still young, may other parts follow suit.
