Lewis never sets a destination further than three steps from his current location.

Journey’s over, then………

“You have arrived” usually means you’ve achieved the pinnacle of success. I guess a cup of coffee, a chair, and a newspaper are that for Lewis. For some of us, not so much.

Lewis knows that he has arrived because Waze told him so.

Lewis was always taken with Burma Shave signs, to the neighbors’ regrets.

And his conceptual contract is right in his back pocket.

But there is no chair for anyone else to arrive.

Fortunately for Lewis, anywhere that he is can be his destination.

Lewis works for Garmin recording the destination message for their GPS units.

This is the place! There is no other place like this place anywhere near this place, so this must be the place.
