Marie starts her day waiting for Howard’s meds to kick in.

I usually spend the first 20 minutes googling my aches and pains……

I’ve had mornings like that, only without the hat.

Screw it. Goes back to bed.

Take one of each and show us how it went in tomorrow’s panel. Flipper and a ski? Sure to be funny.

Start by putting on some clothes. You’re scaring the cats.

That was this morning. It’s evening now and Howard hasn’t moved as he STILL doesn’t want to go with Marie to the Portobellies’ Pinocle party.

Howard thinks that if he was only at loose ends he could get through the day.

It’s all downhill from here, Howard.

Should be a good day though.

Meanwhile.. Martha’s out the door, she will be back for lunch eager to see what Howard decided. Variety is the spice of life.. and Martha gets a lot of spice.

With all the weird weather, Howard takes no chances when preparing to retrieve the morning newspaper from the front yard.

So much fun, so a little time.

Don’t worry. It’ll all come together … around 9 p.m.

The hat is the only staple item…….

Suffice it to say … Howard never climbed very high in the world of business.
