Now it is time for Rudy to have a little ‘release ceremony’ of his own and mark everything in sight as his ‘territory’.

And then Rudy is gonna release “something” over behind the Credenza.

Today it rained and the trail was empty of other dogs. I let my dachshund off leash. She was so happy doing a field mouse census in the nearby meadow.

My dog Snix is old and a little stiff but she still enjoys a walk through the woodsy part of the park. I unleash her and we walk. Sometimes she takes a different trail but we always meet up at the start place. Freedom is a wonderful thing.

Hope she closed the door… ☺
