Gene is just a push over

When Edna gets done adjusting it, Gene will launch himself right out of the kitchen window.

When even that becomes too much, he should move his chair in front of the fridge. By then Gene won’t be able to walk anyway. …and did you all see the way Edna was smiling at Brock, the new Fireman?

Gene needs to launch into an excercise program.

Don’t look now, Gene, but smoke is coming from your new chair. This could be your opportunity to test that new fire extinguisher.

… as long as he can continue to stick the landing.

TODAY’S LIMERICK.

There was a young fellow called Gene, Who’s toast making skills were obscene, “Energy’s saved!”, The lunatic raved, “l’m proud that my new chair is green!”

Gene is an up-and-at-it kind of guy these days. He won’t like it much when the Mrs. uses it to get him up for honey-dos. Just pull that lever and Gene pops up ready to go.

I work in an elderly care facility, and several of our residents have similar chairs, although they operate much slower. Repairing those things can be a pain, though.

It also works well keeping Scruffy off the furniture.

Gene, may the wind always be at your back, unless the power has accidentally been turned up to 11…
